The Tea Party dealing with the subject of the National Programme for Culture proceeded as a conversation with guests Maja Breznik, Marina Gržinič, Janez Janša, Tone Peršak and Jasmina Založnik. The National Programme for Culture includes guidelines as to how cultural policy should progress. Within the new government, the National Programme for Culture was assembled by individuals and not committees consisting of several members, without any link to non-government organisations and general public initiative. For this reason an open letter to the Minister for Culture was sketched out, demanding that non-government organisations have the possibility and time to contribute to the new proposal before it reaches the National Assembly.
